What we’ll do

Join our French cooking class in the heart of Paris from anywhere in the world 

Madame, Monsieur, 

You will travel first class to Paris and land on our cooking activity

For one hour and a half, you will learn everything about "Crêpes & Galettes" 

-> Do you know that Crêpes dates from the XIII century? 

We will start from "la mise en place" then we will travel together over centuries to discover all crêpes & galettes that you will be able to do after this class

French cuisine is extremely famous for it's marvelous taste and taste array of dishes. One famous French dish to try in Paris is Galette de Sarrasin - also known as a crêpe.

 

In Brittany there is a distinction between the famous French dessert and galette- it's savoury counterpart.

-> What's the difference in between galette and crêpe? (you may ask)

 

Well, a galette is made out of blé noir (buckwheat flour gluten free), whereas crêpe is made out of plain flour.

What to bring

  • Smart device with video and sound. Be aware of plugging in your device to energy source, you do not want to run out of battery

  • Stable internet connection

  • Galette: buckwheat flour, egg, water, ham, cheese, pepper

  • Crêpe: all purpose flour, egg, water, milk, vanilla, Nutella, coconut & banane 

  • Cider 

  • Utensils: measure cup, medium size bowl, whisk, ladle, spatula, crepe pan or blinis, dish & kitchen stove if not using a blinis

  • Apron :D
